Lean Awareness Course

About the course

Course Overview

Upon completion of the course, participants will receive their certificates and be able to use a structured problem solving appraoch to identify and reduce inefficiencies (differenty types of waste)

​

This is a hands-on course including a team game to  demonstrate the power of lean and the concept of waste.

​

The team will visit the shop floor along with the trainer to identify the wastes and brainstorm ways to reduce them.

​

Upon completion of the course,

Suggested participant group size: 8-15 people.
